Im rose. a Huge fan of Cricket mainly for Yuvraj Singh!!
I hope u heard about him.. Yuvraj Sing known as "yuvi" is a Cricket player who plays for Indian Cricket Tema.. He is one of the best batsman and Bowler and Fielder.. He has been a member of the Indian cricket team since 2000 (ODIs) and played his first Test match in 2003. He was the vice-captain of the ODI team from late-2007 to late-2008. At the 2007 World Twenty20 he hit sixsixes in an over against England's Stuart Broad—a feat performed only three times previously in any form of senior cricket, and previously never in an international match between two Test cricket nations. He was named the Man of the Tournament in the2011 Cricket World Cup and was one of the top performers at the 2007 World Twenty20, both of which India won.
He was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor (Stage-I) in his left lung and underwent chemotherapy treatment!On March 18, 2012 Yuvraj was discharged from hospital after completing the third and final cycle of chemotherapy and returned to India in April. Yuvraj is expected to be nominated for prestigious Arjuna Award by BCCI for his performance in World Cup 2011 which he well deserve.
many of my friends asked me how do I know abt Yuvraj Singh:
When I was a kid Cricket was my enemy.. I can't watch any other cartoon show if cricket is coming as my dad will be watching it..so as a kid I used to hate it.but one day something magical happened.. It was during 2001 Australia series. The series consisted of three tests, played in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. India won the series 2-1. then my dad started telling me about cricket but I was not really interested to it..so I was not even paying attention to what he is saying.. My Journey with cricket started at 2001..but that time I choose not to accept its friendship.. but later it was in 2003 when I first saw Yuvraj singh in Newspaper.. I was shocked to see such a handsome guy.. I went to my dad and asked abt this handsome guy,,then he told me that he was just doing his debue in the upcoming tests.. that time I was so eager to learn about CRICKET.. the soprt which I used to hate was happened to be my favorite.. everyone was aking me for the sudden change of liking Cricket and my only answer is the Handsome guy called-- Yuvraj Singh!!
The person who I love the most is YUVRAJ SINGH!!
and when he achieved his first test century I was celebrating as if I have got good marks... Even today If i feel low I would just go and watch any videos of Yuvraj singh.. I will be happy again!!!
The most memorable day 19th September 2007
On this day Yuvraj Singh hit 6 Sixer and became the first person to do it in T20 WorldCup!!
He was playing for India, against England in the 2007 Twenty20 World Cup, he hit Stuart Broad out of the ground numerous times.Yuvraj Singh hit six sixes against England in Kingsmed in ICC T20 World Cup 2007 against Stuart Broad's bowling.
